Questions

Do the suites have kitchens?

Most suites have a full kitchenette, stainless appliances, a convection cooktop, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and cookware. A couple of the smaller studios are more hotel-style without a full kitchen; the room details note which is which.

Is there parking?

Yes, free private parking on a first-come, first-served basis. At 52 Cottage it's the lot directly across the street; at 89 Cottage it's the lot behind the building. One standard-size vehicle per reservation.

Are weekly or monthly stays available?

Yes. The suites work well for longer stays, work assignments, medical or school-related visits, and relocations, and longer-stay discounts may be available. Ask about extended terms before booking.

Is it noisy?

These are real downtown buildings, so expect normal city activity, some hallway movement, and guests coming and going, convenient and urban rather than secluded.

Is there an elevator?

No. Both buildings are walk-ups with stairs. If that's a concern, message us before booking and we'll help you find the best-fit suite.
